Tabata is a four-minute hiit session consisting of eight, 20 second sets of maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Each round of Tabata will have 1 minute of recovery in between.

Quick boxing combos set to music or executed Tabata style - light set of dumbbells optional.

 

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training designed to work every inch of your beautiful body.

 

TONE
