Where are the classes?
Click here for the library of classes that are updated weekly. They are categorized by style so you can select what kind of workout you are looking for, and each class with have a brief description along with what equipment you will need.
How can I access the newest class?
The newest class is available when you click "WATCH NOW" on the cover photo of any given section. For example, if you're looking for the newest Tabata class, head to the Tabata section and click "WATCH NOW" on your mobile device.
